I have not posted in a couple of weeks, rather a month, but I am excited to say that everything is going well. I have been consistently working out, eating good, and feeling good. It was not to long ago that the doctor told me I probably had to either have gastric surgery, or I was going to die. But I have been strict about everything. I am going to add some pics up real soon. So now I am 101.4 lost. Jared, I am catching up 🙂
Okay, so this week was pretty good! I worked out a lot, and I ate real well. I am very proud! I am able to pick up things off of the floor now, and I can walk a good bit without getting out of breath. So now I am up to 69 pounds lost. Woo-Hoo! Here is my diet tip for the week:Tip 1- Get a I pod with music you can listen to. It sounds basic, but since I got one, I have been excited about walking and working out.Okay short post, so I will post again with some more info on myself. See ya.

My name is Tony Lawrence, and I have dealt with weight my whole life. I can remember being 200 pounds at 12 years of age, and 300 pounds at 22 years of age.
