Weight – 251.2 lbs.

.8 loss for the week. Not bad. A loss is a loss…and even not gaining is a great feat in losing weight.

Not a whole lot going on. Cardio is good. Tracking is pretty good, still have moments when I forget to write things down. I know it is hard. Not like I have over 50,000 tracking apps on my phone.

Got a couple ideas for posts. Probably going to write them this weekend. For now, really happy I have put something on this blog for 14 straight days.
