Weigh in- 225

Last two months I have been maintaining around the 225 mark. I am ready for a break out.

I do not believe in plateaus. If you read me, you know this. I also do not believe in excuses, whining, crying about weight loss, or questioning myself. Wow! What a gem I am!

But I do believe I have been giving about 90%. I work out, I eat the right amount, etc. But I can do more. I can do a whole lot more.

I am not here to be average. I need to be the best I can be. I need to make time for everything. If that means writing this post while at the gym on an iPhone, then that is what I will do.

I also challenge everyone who is losing weight. Can you do this???
