Great to hear from you! It is fantastic to hear that you are enjoying
the program and making small changes in your everyday – indeed those
lights are a great motivator. I take it that you want more of a
challenge, hence adjusting your targets up. Great initiative. Have you
thought about how you are going to reach the target each day?
(especially on the days that you do not work)
In looking at your overall activity in the week view I do see an
upward general trend (compare your Week 3 lowest day to your
week 1 lowest day) This is good. Now that you have
increased your targets overall, it is still important to try to get
them each day. As a reference for you, a healthy level of activity for
you per day is attainable. Do you think that you will be able to
hit and maintain that level by the end of your Week 12 on a consistent
basis? Is this an enticing goal for you?
I do help Jack. He is very funny. Oh those song parodies, reminds me of a young Ray Stevens.
