Recently, I have been reading a lot of blogs where people are incredibly hard on themselves. Maybe they have had a bad weekend, or feel like weight loss is impossible.
I love my legs.
When I was over 400 pounds, I realized that I had huge calves. Most overweight people do. I mean, when you carry around so much weight, it is a workout in itself.
Once I started working out, I focused a lot on my legs. Most cardio works your legs. Being 5 foot 6, doing heavy squats were easier because I was closer to the ground.
Every time I look at my legs, I am proud. It is the one part of my body that I absolutely love.
