Okay, so this week was pretty good! I worked out a lot, and I ate real well. I am very proud! I am able to pick up things off of the floor now, and I can walk a good bit without getting out of breath. So now I am up to 69 pounds lost. Woo-Hoo! Here is my diet tip for the week:
Tip 1- Get a I pod with music you can listen to. It sounds basic, but since I got one, I have been excited about walking and working out.
